Through its role as a facilitator for Farming Connect, PLANED is acting as the link between Farming Connect and the Farming Community locally, assisting farmers with access to Farming Connect services and everyday inquiries.
Building on SPARC's highly valued Whole Farm Support Scheme, PLANED will continue to support farming families in Pembrokeshire in identifying new farm based and off-farm opportunities, particularly linked to sustainable agriculture.
